By downloading, installing, or using Sabi Rewrite Keyboard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sabi Rewrite Keyboard is a keyboard extension for iOS that helps users rewrite and improve their text using artificial intelligence. The App provides text rewriting, grammar correction, and tone adjustment features.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
4. API Keys and Third-Party Services
If you choose to use your own API keys for third-party language model providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), you are responsible for complying with those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for any charges, fees, or issues arising from your use of third-party services.
5. Beta Service
The built-in rewriting service is currently provided in beta. Beta features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no guarantees about the availability or performance of beta features.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sabi Rewrite Keyboard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the text you input and the rewritten output generated.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED REWRITES IS NOT GUARANTEED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabi Rewrite Keyboard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
